NEW: YOGA CLASS starting at MBBC
Looking for a more active way to start your day? Increase flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance with active and mindful Hatha Yoga. This class offers a meditative practice with a focus on conscious and mindful movement in sync with the breath, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. The class is designed for both novices and experienced yogis alike. Bring a yoga mat.
This first session is every Friday in January and February, starting on January 10th. (1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28). Class begins at 9:00 am in the lounge. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up.
$80 for all 8 classes. The first class is $10 if you want to check it out first, then $70 for the next seven. Hoping to get a minimum of 10 attendees.
Efrat is teaching yoga and meditation with compassion and acceptance (to every student, every level, and every body type.)
